I bake on Friday mornings for delivery late afternoon.
My breads are additive and preservative free using organic flour from Shipton Mill in Gloucestershire and Matthews Cotswold Flour in Oxfordshire.
Each Saturday/Sunday I email my customers the breads being baked that week and then bake to order.
Deliveries are contactless, I ring the bell, drop off the bread and leave. Payments are also contactless via bank transfer
